Y browser or x-plore or another for N97

Hi,

I want to install a good file manager onto my N97 so I can see where the space is going as I only have about 25mb after updating to v2.0. I dont want to do a hard reset as everything is working correctly but I am a bit nervous using either of these programs as usually I just get approved apps from OVI. Any reccomendations?

X-plore is great, one of the best well made apps out there.  Highly recommended.

If I was you I wouldn't take an appearance on the ovi store as approval, they have allowed all kind of adware on there lately.  It's nearly always better (and cheaper) to but direct from the app makers.

Thanks. I have downloaded it. I was a little worried by the warnings saying it would access my data and could make calls but decided to go for it. I still cant still where my space is going though. Some people mention C:\cache\ being full, yet I cant even see this directory, I dont seem to be able to see anymore than the standard file manager?

I really like BestTaskMan.  I would do a hard reset after upgrading to version 2 if you haven't done so already.

Sorry I just noticed you didn't want to do a hard reset. You will probably end up with 50mb free on C:\ though.
