X6 - caller display

hi, I know that there is probably a very simple solution but I cannot seem to get caller ID, when receiving a call it just shows the telephone number without names or photo's.

 

Any ideas?

You have multiple entries, ie two names attached to the same number, so the phone doesn't know who's calling and just shows number. Also check memory in use in contacts, set to phone, NOT phone and sim. Easiest way to check is to scroll through contacts in Ovi Suite, and if you have John, John Smith and John Mobile all attached to 1234567 delete two contacts, then caller ID will work.
