[X6_ovi_maps]

I am using the latest version of Ovi Maps (v3.0310) on my nokia x6. However, why it is always auto quit to main menu when running a route? Sometimes, Ovi Maps will make my x6 black sreen and turn into a Nokia logo screen.

Ah, this may be a behavior I saw here too (on a N97 mini): once in a while, sometimes after 10 mn, when in car-pilot mode, everything stops and the maps application quits.

It doesn't happen very often, doesn't seem to be associated with a battery level, but is worrying enough to cancel almost all interest into the GPS driving functions.

For now we frantically memorize the destination point before starting the travel, in order to at least be capable to recreate the traject faster when that happens...

(because yes, the last destination point also disappears in such a case: not in "recent destinations"... Maybe a real bug, a crash from the GPS task?)

Try uninstalling all map apps from phone and installing this, works well and may solve your problem !

The beta version is more unstable. I rather change back to v3.03. The v3.04b is totally unable to start a route because it will keep black screen then turn to Nokia screen.

Problem solved after I use the deep reset method to reformat my X6

I have just reinstalled the X6 and within 3 trips if does the same thing.  Any advice?
