Wrong upgrade in N95

Hi,
I have an N95 and I was using it in Turkish language. Yesterday I decided to upgrade to a newer version. I did something wrong and installed english version of N95. Then I searched the Turkish version of it. But I could not upgrade to turkish because of the same version. My current version is V20.0.15. How can I convert it to old version? (I have no backup) or how can I install Turkish version? or how can I reset the phone and install turkish version?

Regards

Re: Wrong upgrade in N95

Youre version depends on your phone's product code.

If it has installed the English version of the FW then youre product code must have been english.

You cant downgrade. I would suggest taking to a Nokia service point and see if they can do something.

Re: Wrong upgrade in N95

Thanks for the answer. Languages are different but the versions are same. I think because of this, I could not upgrade to turkish version. Is it possible to reset the software?

I will check the service also.

It is not the firmware version that matters.
Every handset has product code, which is different from the model number. A given model (N95 for example) has several product codes and each product code identifies the languages available on the model. Obviously your phone product code has been tampered with. You should better go to the service centre especially if your phone is under warranty.
