for the N95 there are not so many bugs/issues after updating to the latest firmware. its excellent.
the N95 8GB has a couple of bugs but nothing that can't be fixed.
the N82 should be least buggy... according to the users of the phone.
before you think of swapping for either the N95 or N82, take a look at this

Not until at least July at the very earliest!
The N96 is due for release in Q3 2008 which is July, August or Semtember plus there's always the chance it may be delayed.
If watching videos is your main feature then you should choose the N95 8GB as it has a larger screen.
If photography is your main feature then you should choose the N82 as it has a better flash and faster camera program.
Both phones pretty much equal with regards to music, internet etc.

Currently the N82 is the best photography orientated phone, the N95 8GB is the best multimedia phone and the E90 is the best business orientated phone.
You should decide which phone suits you best and buy that one.
The N96 will replace the N95 8GB later in the year as the best multimedia phone but battery life may be an issue.

if you want a phone for media movies etc... get the N95 8GB
if you want one for photography, get the N82

I value the camera, speed, battery life and reliabilty of the N82.
At this stage I do not know if I will get an N96 or not because no one knows how stable the new operating system will be, how fast it will perform or how good it's features will be. Also battery life may be a big issue with this model but again no one knows for sure.
