Could you please tell me if Nokia service in Greece has the right to charge 25 euro to fix the bottom on the right side of the phone which is used to zoom in. Something broke inside and the phone has 2 years warranty, only 3 month have pass.

If it wasn't your fault then yes they should repair it under it's warranty.

If you've dropped the phone and it has occured then no they won't repair it for free.

They say I broke it by pressing the bottom but it ment to be pressed. How can I prove that the warranty covers?

unfortunately when you live in some of the "poorer" countries they will rip you off in this way i hate to say this but your handset probably was fixed under warrenty and the engineer would have billed nokia, the 25 euro the guy charged you probably went straight into his wallet!

at the end of the day, the guy will have got paid twice!

I have not paid yet. And the center service is very big building in Athens. How can I prove that the phone is on warranty?

you should have all the documents that came in the phone box when you bought it. if you dont have these documents because you bought it second hand then you wont get it fixed for free

It normally has 2 years warranty at the start of the purchase.

It's already under warranty it's just that the man charging you 25 euros doesn't know what he is talking about.

try tell them you havent dropped the phone or anything just try and prove you havent touched it to them.
