WHITE SCREEN IN NOKIA 3230

This morning i saw a white screen on my nokia 3230 phone.It was normal to me as the phone hangs sometimes but whenever i switch it off and then started my nokia 3230 every thing went fine, But this time even on restarting white screen came again.I switched off and started my phone a number of times but the same white screen came again .I dont know how it happened as one hour before the white screen incident i checked my messages on the same phone and then the phone was fine.I dont know what has happened.Ya but the phone is working fine.I could receive calls.BUT the white screen is present..!!!
What is the problem with my phone???
What is the solution?
any idea...pls do reply

try making a call and see if the phone is working normally then maybe something wrong with UI board maybe ie why try taking to nokia care centre.
tongue is too confused on what to speak
