Hi All,
I cant get my PC to view the nokia.com or nokia.co.uk web site. it just crashed IE8.
I dont have a problem with any other web site, just the nokia ones?
I have reloaded IE8 twice, turned off firewall, used regdoctor to clean and re set the registery etc... etc... etc...
I can view the site with FireFox on the same PC (this one).
Does anyone know what's wrong? and more importantly how to fix it..

The problem is more likely to be a result of anti-virus/firewall software or erroneous IE8 installation. I am using IE8 on both XP SP3 and Windows 7 RC and have no problems whatsoever with the Nokia site, let about experiencing crashes. Bare in mind that the IE8 in Win7 is not even the final but a Beta version.
So, try disabling any firewall or anti-virus software and check. Also try adding nokia.com to the Compatibility list before visiting it.
Unfortunately, there's no clear cure on the matter, apart from 'use FF/Opera' or 'reinstall Vista'.

Just use a *real* webbrowser like Firefox or Opera.
