i updated my phone software on my 5800 xpress to v52.0.007 last week and now if my alarm goes off i cant switch the alarm off as it keeps on putting it on snooze and i can only switch it off after it snoozes approx 7-10 times. its so bloody frustating. the only way to switch it off immediately is be deactivating the alarm. please can you Nokia techies resolve this issue asap.

Are you doing it the correct way to stop the alarm.. i.e. swiping the band in the direction of the arrow.. as in case of taking a call..?.. and if you are swiping.. then confirm that you are swiping on the correct band.. as the other one is for Snoozing ..

..BTW it works perfectly on my Nokia 5800xm with the same version of software..
