Unable to take a backup using File Manager in N96

Hi,

 

I have an Nokia N96 phone, I was able to take a backup using File manager in my MMC earlier but then suddenly I am unable to take a backup, I have formatted my phone too, alongwith mass storage and MMC yet I am not able to backup it, I am getting error occured while taking a backup, however while taking a backup using PC through OVI PC Suite, I am able to take a backup..

 

Will somebody help me in this regards please?

ok guys, problem solved.

 

I just do a firmware update on my phone, though the firmware version was the same one, yet it's now able to back it up..
