I have a N97

Someone know how to reformat the phone via hard reset,what is the code for that?

And if reformat the phone via hard reset i will loose data on mass memory or just on the phone memory?

I have the version of the soft V 11,it will return to prevosly version of sof after reformat the phone via hard reset?

It won't affect mass memory. However, if you have encrypted your memory card, the encryption key on the phone memory will be lost. So make sure you haven't encrypted it!

dumb question here but whats stored stored in mass memory? is any user data on there?

just a side note. the *#7370#  is a reformating code it is NOT a hard reset code as there is NONE for n97 at the moment.

I tried this code, then I was asked for a LOCK CODE. I never locked my phone. Can someone clear this out.

12345 is the default lock code. Its in the manual.

Watch out..... if you have used notes.... they were not deleted after a reset on my N97mini !!!
