Song doesn't change with headset button in Nokia 5230

Hieee Frnds,

 

I have bought nokia 5230 just few days back and i am facing an issue with it.

Songs don't change whenever i press button of headset and i am unable to find any settings related to it.

 

So plz help...

Check the lock switch on the side of the headset controller.

Der is no switch on the headset.

And i hv attached pic of d headset....
