Is there any way to shift the scroll bar to the left hand side? As a lefty, if I use a stylus my hand covers the screen if I use the scroll bar, which makes it awkward to see what I'm scrolling!

there is no way to change this

If your phone is equipped with kinetic scrolling, you need not use the stylus on the scroll bar only... just swipe it on the list Up/Down(on left side) and the whole thing will scroll...
