Reset N8, lost web tv channels

Reset N8, lost web tv channels

I was having some major issues with the n8 right out of the box, so I reset it to factory settings to try to fix the problem. It did fix the problem, but now I no longer have any of the web tv channels it came with (Nat. Geographic, Paramount), and these aren't in the ovi store. Any idea how I can get these back on my phone?
