Removing pre-installed games.

Hello

I don't play games on my phone (5800) - Is there a way of removing these stupid pre-installed games that must be hogging valuable internal memory?

Many thanks

Re: Removing pre-installed games.

Sadly there is no way to get rid of the bounce or racing game as they are part of the firmware.

I too would prefer not to have them.

Re: Removing pre-installed games.

Thanks.

I'd rather Nokia didn't assume all phones were sold to 13 year olds! An option to delete would have been thoughtful.

Agreed :smileyhappy:

More control over the pre-installed apps would be most welcome, but only if the apps were made available for download or on the included CD/DVD.

Having these Games on the phone shouldn't make any difference to the available user memory as these are likely to be flashed to a ROM Chip in the phone rather than the User Flash area
