Removing Application 5800

I had installed a Cricmodi application on my 5800 it was working fine before upgrading to FW v30. after the update and hard reset the application stop responding ,the icon is still there.

I tried removing the application through> menu>options>organise>options>remove

it says file corrupt.

and I even tried going into >menu>settings>applicatin mgr.>installed apps>

but i could not find this App.

I want to get rid of the icon.

p.s. i also tried reinstalling the app thinking it would start responding but it doesnt.

plz help
