Since i have updated my N95 i have problem with not been able to acces the multimediamenu by sliding the topend of the phone. I can only reach this menu by pressing the button with 4 small arrows.

Is it a fault or am I doing something wrong.

try and re-update ur phone again. If the problem persists, then hard reset ur phone and then perform a firmware update again.

but how do i "hard reset" the phone.

performing a hard format, 1st back up all your data, charge and then switch off ur phone. then press and hold the following 3 buttons-

the green(call/answer) button,
* button,
and '3' button.

as you're holding these three buttons, switch on ur phone. when the message formatting appears release the buttons. Do not attempt to remove the battery while its formatting.

V20 firmware behaves differently regarding the multimedia menu, you have to press the multimedia key to open the menu now (the one to the right of the D pad. The menu won't open when you slide to the transport controls anymore.

Oh.... they've made it like the N95-2. thought it was just a bug
