Can anyone help - I can get as far as New Paired Device/Searching for Devices/Found Device/Entered Code/Set to make Connections Automatically. Then when I make/receive a call it still rings through my phone and not through the headset. Have tried a different headset and have the same problem so I don't think it's the headset. I have used this headset with my previuos phone a 6230i and it worked fine. Don't know if this makes any difference but the phone was originally on Orange, sent to them who unlocked it and I am now using a T-Mobile sim card in it.

No, cannot make or receive calls - it goes straight to the phone as if I'm not paired with the headset.

your phones bluetooth should be switched on before you switch on your headset, otherwise you still have to "connect" from the bt menu (even when set as authorised)...

there should be a way of resetting the headset (see manual) after that try again pairing.

hey guyz...remember NOT all bluetooth handfrees and car kits are compatible with all bluetooth handsets also u have to know that nokia lunches 2 bluetooth protocoles...and if u open nokia site and go to support botton and choose ur bluetooth handfree.a list of the only compatible phones will appears so u have to know that not all handsets are working with all b-handfree so chooooose right....my regards

Putting the headset on charge often resets the headset.

in the bluetooth handfree try to hold the power botton and the volume (+) botton together 4 several seconds and this will reset ur handfree ...after that try again to pair ur phone with the bluetooth headset and i hope this help...........my regards
