I have a nokia mobile N80 and it is giving message which said "Phone start up failed please contact your retailer " what should I do please anyone help me I can't solve it

THERE IS 2 OPTIONS

1 Press and hold three keys together, the green key, the * key and the number '3'. While you are holding these keys, swith the phone on. Don't release these three keys before you see the Nokia hands logo.

you must back up your data as it will be all lost if you try this.

2 A nokia care point..

Start up failed contact retailer is normally a fatal boot error.

Unfortunately I tried this option and it didn't work

Then unfortunately a visit to the local Nokia Care Point will be necessary.
