Pictures/Videos That Were Renamed Have Renamed Themselves Back To The Date??? - Nokia N97

Some of the pictures and videos on my phone which i spent quite a while renaming have renamed themselves back to the date, only some of them, not all of them.

Anyone else got the same problem or know why?
