Operator Logo Managing on N91

On an N72 I saw Operator Logo Manager under "Settings".
But alas!
There is no such option in my N91.
Is it missing on any Symbian 0S 9.1?
Is there any other way to manage operator logo?
Cause I am bored of my network's logo months after months.

Is better like the operator logo... it can´t be changed.

That's ridiculous-anyone who uses series 60 version 1 or 2 or 2(b) they can even create their operator logo using their name.
So why are we be still without it!
