Hey hey,
I need help with my OVI store application. I logged in and when open on the recommended page and then scrolling to the next page it gives an error (operation could not be completed due to an error) after that i can't even log out. everything I do is an error message.
Its been upgraded to the newest version. I also completely removed OVI store and re-installed it. But still the same problem.
How can one fix this?![]()

uninstall the ovi store app. then do a soft reset and reinstall the app.
Soft reset. Type *#7370# and the phone's lock code (Nokia's default lock code is 12345). Soft reset wipes the C drive.

i have exactly the same prob m8 and error msg, just wondering if i do a soft re-set what will get wped off my phone??????

If you do a soft or a hard reset, the C drive will be wiped .It means that you will lose all your messages, contacts, photos, videos, pictures, music, sounds, apps/games you have into your phone's memory. Also, your settings will come back to original.

Done a soft reset and a hard reset and still the same problem.
still the same message keeps popin up.
What to do now? The store is not up dated. still the older version.

did you try to change your sim card? in some cases it helps...
