Is nokia late to launch X6 in singapore?

Veteran in phone industry should know that in singapore, only singtel could offer iphone to consumers. Now starhub and m1 have come to the agreement to offer iphone to singapore market. Nokia should launch X6 into the SG market asap to capture more potential customers instead of keep delaying and having the strategy of pre-order as most consumers are tied to service provider contract. Now, iphone from starhub and m1 are starting to sell tomorrow. Good luck nokia.

I have been waiting for x6 till neck long long. LOL. Just could not understand why nokia take so long to ship? Shipping globally on 26/11/2009 should reach singapore in latest 4 working days and maybe paperworks need about 1 weeks to settle. Yet nokia put up pre-order before 18/12/09, would you buy a 1k phone without contact or upgrade existing contract for a 3GS 16GB for 200 buck?

Don't misunderstand me, i am a nokia supporter but quite disappointed with their ways of marketing.

The delay is more likely due to manufacturing constraints. The probably can't make them fast enough so not enough units to ship everywhere yet. So you may have to make friends with the giraffe at Mandai Zoo.

Maybe you are right. I prefer to wait for X6 before i recontract my plan. Hopefully the wait is not in vain. LOL. I am thinking what you are thinking. Mandai Zoo!!!

LOL, Maybe if someone in Nokia Singapore reads this, they may launch the X6 in Mandai Zoo.
