I've been a Nokia fan for over 11 years, but I do think they've lost their way some what and taken it rather easy !!
Anyway, I was considering the Apple 3GS, but before I place the order I'm curious to know about Cut and Paste (as the manual says nothing) on the X6. Does the X6 offer cut and paste for texts (such as notepad) and also from webpages (much like the 3GS) ??
Also the X6 has a capacitive screen, so is it likely that rather than push out numerous other phones, that Nokia will devote time to developing applications for the X6 such as multitouch...Is this possible ??

Mr Black.
The X6 does offer 'copy & paste'. I've used in text applications such as notepad, messaging and also in the Opera web browsers (I tend to prefer Opera Mini but I also have Opera Mobile installed). I'm not sure about the X6's native web browser as I much prefer Opera. If you keep your finger pressed to the screen you can then drag to highlight text, then an option to copy pop's up, Opera works in a similar fashion.
As for future firmware updates... I would not buy a handset on the 'off chance' a feature maybe added at a later date via a firmware update. If the lack of multitouch is a show-stopper for you then best opt for the 3GS that you're also considering.
