Sometimes when I flip my phone to the side it doesn't go into the widescreen mode, or if I'm texting, it won't go into qwerty. Even if I try to do it multiple times, it just won't happen. Is this normal? I just bought this phone yesterday and it's already giving me problems.. I'm quite disappointed.

I just updated the device software and it's working every time now. Let's hope it stays that way, fingers crossed.

I have similar problems..I bought X6 a few weeks back.recently the accelerometer is giving problems...The landscape autorotation is not working at times(this happened quite a number of times now) I checked the sensor settings, everything is ok...the software version is

20.0.005

custom version(got it from *#0000#)

20.0.005.312.02

at times I have to switch the mobile off and then on to resolve this..

Please advice...
