Yes Skype, better late than never (hopefully)
It's great that Nokia decided to face some of the criticisms of the N97 with the Q & A session but if they're truly not going to follow up on the questions that they deferred then they might as well have not bothered. The phrase "If a job is worth doing it is worth doing well" springs to mind.

a little off topic:
i've come across a few n97 users that couldn't care less about all what we would use our devices for. they bought because they could afford it (would do the same) and they just make phone calls and take photos. they don't surf the web, blog, tweet, update facebook status, listen to internet radio, or use half of the apps built in. met one guy that haven't updated his firmware, matter of fact don't even think he has a pc. he is contect with the fact that it works for his basic needs and wants nothing more.

Yes, it works ok if you don't use it like it was ment for. Of course there is issues with some of the devices on normal tasks like sms or call, but mostly people who just use it for sms and calls won't notice any bugs.
My n97 did much better after a hard reset, and i can almost use it like i want to use it. I am looking forward to new fw updates. But there are to many Nokiaphones that doesn't work straight out of box - you need to hard reset, do some workarounds etc...
I know people who thinks that their n97 is the best phone out there. SMS's and calls....

@coopere - Yes, it works well if you use it as a paper weight. Personally, I expected more than just a paper weight for my US $700.
Now back on topic, I still can't believe that there hasn't been a follow up from Nokia on the answers that they deferred and what's more unbelievable is that none of the tech writers or bloggers have commented on this failure to deliver as promised.

Perhaps after the v2.1 firmware release Nokia will finally answer the questions that they deferred at this Q & A session.
