Can any body tell me , please , why still in Nokia RDA, 5 n97 , 3 with version 12 and only 2 with the new version 20 , does this mean something not good? and why still v12 in rda? Regards,

After the second day of making calls; nokia care hotline and Nokia store in london "SAY" v20 is available on handsets bought this week. Anyone from Nokia want to refute this?

A note to fellow users... The official line on the customer care line today was that "the firmware is on time" i get a different answer everytime I ask the question.

I checked just: RM-507 newest FW is 20.2.19 rm-505 and 506 had old v12 firmware

I think a few people who have been constantly badmouthing Nokia about the firmware never being released on time owe Nokia an apology.

Nokia said it would be rolled out in October. Today is October 27th and the firmware is being rolled out.

What say you?

I just tried NSU. It says I already have the latest software (V12). My N97 is unbranded RM-505. You people that are able to get v20 from NSU, where are you located?
