Nokia N97 now wobbly back cover and creaking sides...

Nokia N97 now wobbly back cover and creaking sides ==

I was pressing around the sides cos it always creaks alot, anyway i then noticed the the battary cover moves from left to right!

Is this an issue or its design fault

You should contact the Nokia Care Points for repair.
