Hi,

My phone shows headphone is active and i can see the head phone symbole upper right corner of my phone. i am not using any headphone.

i am not able to answer call, listen music... its a big problem...

pleas help me!!

Tried to reboot Phone?

Plug-in headset jack once, remove it and see if it returns to normal?

I witched off and removed battery, sim and memory card. connected headset and removed..

but still its in headset mode.. sometime it will clear automatically  and again headset mode will active..

please help

try hard reset your phone. turn off your phone follow the trick given below

press and hold Caps shift + Space bar + Delete button whil turning your phone on.

I tried Hard resetting, but still my headset is active.

is phone your running on latest firmware?

if yes seems something wrong with 3.5mm slot.
