Hey guys before I went to bed last night I my phone was working fine, I sent a message then went to sleep and when I woke up the screen only would show a black. The phone will turn on ok and make the noise, it has recieved messages but the no screen is this an electrical fault or how can I resolve the issue without losing messages and contacts if possible?

Switch the phone off and remove the battery for a few minutes.

Reassemble and switch on. If the problem persists then it almost certainly is a hardware problem that will require repairs.

hey even my phone went black at night when a msg was recieved.is this problem repairable???if so what is the expected cost??

Hi all

I found this problem of black screen to be caused by faulty flex cable

lucky for me it was just a connection loose

haven't had a problem since, hope this helps someone
