Nokia N900 not able to sync with OVI suite

I would like to know why Nokia OVI suite does not support the N900.  The phone is great, but I have found that Nokia didn't really have much to do with it.  There are lot of capabilities I was surprised especially when it comes to the phone portion of the device.  For instance the phone does not have any voice features at all.  This is surprising with such a powerhouse of a phone.  Not being able to transfer files in OVI is another thing I would like to know if there are plans to fix this or am I just stuck.  I must say I am very dissapointed with Nokia when it comes to this phone.  I hope that there are plans to update the software to be able to do the same things lesser phones can do.

I receive my N900 today

My nokia PC suit can't recognize the N900 connect on my USB cable !
