Hey guys, I found out that the N900 is coming to Africa (eg: Nigeria), Middle East, Europe and North America. But nothing advertised on Nokia site with asian country or south america. But none of Asian country getting this yet.

And some media has already confirmed that N900 will be coming out by 27th September, but will not be available until atleast 1st of October in USA.  Which is tomorrow here in New Zealand. And following by UK and Europe. Middle East also getting it  on the same time. But ASIA, OCEANIA is ................................................................................................................................................................................................................................

Dots.... endless dots lol.I understand the shipping cost and stuff but Middle East and Asia is pretty much one piece. Part of Middle East is in ASIA, and part is in Europe. I'm hoping Nokia would update their ASIA website soon. And then release Nokia N900 by end of October or something.

So Australian and New Zealander can have a taste of this device as well.

I pre-ordered one the 1st day I could from Nokia USA.  I'll post again in this thread as soon as it's shipped.

I would've pre-ordered.. but the London flagship store tends to sell things a week before the nokia online shop claims to ship them!! Sad news is, a salesperson told me today, 1st November??! Either he was a cluebait or that's going to suck..

They've still not got one in the store.. I guess that's the shift in Nokia's marketing.. give it to a few people who can review it online instead of putting it in the place where people can go see it?!

that argg 1st of November? that just bull load of faecies!! I have waited for it to come out for 2 months now and Its not going to be here until November ? well in UK!! and UK is one of the first country that marked as releasing zone for this phone. I'm going to wait for much longer for Asia market then. Argg... Now I guess it won't be out until 2010!!

Please post it on if you have got one by next month. Give us some update on the battery's life and some other features in it for a production release would be greatly appreciated.

Yea I found that too but I also found a few more site said it will be in the 9th October and some say 19th October, 1st November. To be honest so far is not so good. We do not have an actual date confirmed from NOKIA  either just a prediction Month "it should be available in October" but no hard evidence that it is coming out in October just yet. On Expanbay I found 29Oct and some other site doesn't say anything. This is like torturing yourself with a folk sticking to your brain. Everywhere you looked, there is rumour and full of uncertainty.

in my experience if Nokia says that something will be out in October is means that the first phones will leave the factory on the  31st of October. 

So patience, the phones will be there is time and I have a hunch that N900 will be the phone that most of you guys have been waiting for. At least it will be for me.

I sssooooo ready for this phone. I was so disappointed with the 97 that im hoping hoping hoping NOkia will not screw me again. I was gonna wait till a month or so after it comes out to see how people like it, but after so much research this phones is the only phone in the foreseable future that i want. NOthing else compares. PLease hurry NOkia. Ship Ship Ship. I'm waiting waiting waiting.

They've all altered their release dates back and forth (especially expansys) Play.com were particularly off with the release date for the BH-905 headphones so I don't put much stock in their date (not complaining though.. they are cheaper!!)

But the one that is technically closest to Nokia (that being their online shop) recons november.. The flagship store was hinting start to mid november too.. and they sold the N97 about a week (or a few days at least) before it was available elsewhere

N900 = £450 if you use 10% off Nokia store with Qudico... that's what I did.

Yeah I know very discusting way of announcing. If they can't release it in October then don't say it will be out in October. And If they are going to release in November, then might as well releasing this to ASIA countries too. This way they can have an excuse to say that they want to improve the device for an international release.
