Anibody knows, any official statement that supports or not??

If you search google you'll find several articles about the N8 and divx.

In an interview one of the N8's designers (Damian Dinning) confirmed that it natively has divx support, although not officially divx certified (which is why it's not listed in the specs).

For confirmation you'll need to wait for the first reviews of the release hardware to appear.
