Nokia N73 Start up failed contact retailer

I bought a Nokia N73 Music Edition phone through ebay from HOngkong i had it for at least a month or something and never have any problems with it. But now everytime i put my australian optus sim on it keep appearing start up failed contact retailer but if i go and put the roaming sim from philippines it works well. Can anyone explain it to me why its like that? your help would be much appreciated. I formatted it before but still not helping

hi there,
usually the phones that u buy through net are locked for use in only a particular country (in your case hongkong).
to use the mobile u need to get it unlocked from any mobile repairer. however u wont be liable for gaurantee from nokia after that.

if u dont succeed after the first try.....destroy all evidence that u tried...!!!

1st u need to make sure that the phone is not a hacked phone and phone does not have restriction for different service providers
