Nokia N70, Editing and Firmware...

I got an N70 3 days ago and everytime I click the Photo or Movie editor Program they immediately turn off. So no movie or photo editing. A couple people suggested getting new firmware and resetting it. Where can I download up-to-date firmware and how do I install it and reset the phone?
