Hi, hopefully you can help me out here.
I need a version of the Nokia Call Connect for Cisco Client that runs on N97 mobiles because the on that find on the link bellow simply doesnt work on my N97.
Nokia Call Connect for Cisco client v1.1.3 (v1.60(1))(.SIS, 1,25 MB)
Any hints, Ideas or where I could find this that would run over my phone?
thanks a lot.

Hi,
Nokia Call Connect for Cisco client doesn't support N97.
Only option is to use SIP with CUCMs

Yep, already figured that out. The only issue is that in the office we have Cisco Call Manager which runs only the Skinny protocol and SIP is not supported.
I read something round it about a beta version any idea if that is true or not?

Unfortunately not true.

Hello,
I've noticed Nokia ICC checks a list of supported phone models built into the SIS installation script before installing. Do you think it would be possible to modify the SIS file to permit installation on any Nokia model?
Even if the Nokia ICC won't work on a S60 v5 phone, it might run on other S60 v3 phones.
We use a Cisco Call Manager here which only supports Skinny. The other question I have is where can you buy a license from? Is there an online store?
Cheers,
Chris

Hello,
NCC for Cisco works in Nokia E-series devices.
You cannot modify the SIS-file.
If you google "NOK-SCCP-CCM" you can find information about the license
You can find more information from:

Howdy!
Thanks for that. I found a few places which stock the license online. I might get rid of the N97 and go back to my old E71 instead, since it has the features which better suit my needs and can run SIP and SCCP without any hacks to get it working.
On another note, I tried installing the latest Nokia ICC on my N97. It almost finished installing, but I received a "Install failed, no access" error.
So close, yet so far...
Cheers,
Chris
