Hi,
I dont know if its just me but ive only had my Nokia 5800 for 2 months and now the screen freezes on the Nokia screen as it starts up, I cannot proceed past this screen or do anything with my phone. It wont even turn off without me having to take out the battery. Ive tried charging it up too but it dosnt register on the screen if its charging or not. Its still in the same condition i got it in and havnt dropped it once.
Is this a common problem or has my mobile just knacked? Ive been in contacted with the shop i bought it from but they suggested contacting Nokia 1st. The shop said they will take it back and have a look at it and fix it if possible or give me a new one but if this has happened once....will it happen again?
Please some help or answers are needed.

i recently bought a Nokia 5800..... As Nokia site sayings it can play music up to 35 hours. but my phone plays music around 18 hours.. is it a fault of my phone's battery... i contact the dealer. they said there's no fault of your phone... usually Nokia 5800 plays music around 17 or 18 hours... is it correct?? my phone has latest firmware version.....
REGARDS,
MILESH

Apart from you having already asked this question a few days ago (so why ask again???) this has been covered in several other threads
.
If you have a battery that can play music for 18 hours you must have one of the very best ones. Most people on here get far less despite what Nokia say.
As a guide, if you hardly use the phone battery life is 2-3 days; if you use it for lots of Internet use it's a bit less than a day; if you listen to a lot of music expect about half a day - and if you use the phone for live streaming of programmes and videos expect a life of 11/2 to 2 HOURS!!!
so please don't ask again.
