Hi, i have a problem with my 5800. When i open an app, ie the internet, Jukebox ect. It'll start to open and then close down again back to the home screen.

Has anyone else had this problem?

I recently updated the firmware, would this have anything to do with the problem?

Any help would be much appreciated.

did this problem appears after firmware update?

search this forum to see if it is a software bug

 or try a hard reset the phone maybe this will fix the problem

I upgraded the firmware last week but this problem only started happening yesterday. Its pretty annoying as i cant use the internet ect. The media player + Radio works fine though

Just did a hard reset and this seems to have fixed the problem.

the hard reset fixes the issue,and you can open the internet or other applications?
