Nokia 5730

My Nokia 5730 has been working fine since 9th November 2009...

1 hour ago i opened it (slide) and some circuit came out.

originally it should be like:

now its like this:

Anyone has an idea on how to fix it?

It's still on warranty... worth asking for a new one?

Well, I can't say I have seen this issue before, but If you have not done anything special to your device which could cause this to happen (warranty voiding stuff), you will have to take it to a Nokia care point. You can find your nearest care point by clicking here: http://europe.nokia.com/support/repair-and-recycle/repair/care-points

Re: Nokia 5730

We cannot help you with fixing such here. It would possibly need opening the device which are warranty voiding, and cannot be discussed here at the official boards of Nokia.

You should contact visit your nearest care point, or make the shop you bought it from take care of it (that would usually mean sending it away for repair - which ofte is faster buy doing it your self).

I don't know how the customer codes are for your country, but if it's within warranty, usually the sller has the right to get it fixed a couple of times before you can demand a new one when it's not damaged on arrival.
