Previously I was using the original firmware which was current as of December 2009 and didn't have any real issues with my phone. Now I have the latest firmware, I cannot seem to use voice dialling effectively anymore. It either says "No match found" or dials the wrong person. I think I remember doing a voice training exercise when I had the old firmware in which I said lots of different people's names but can't seem to find that on the new firmware. Has this feature been removed or relocated with the latest firmware update?

Hi, if you go into settings-phone-Voice commands-options, one of the options is tutorial, try there. My phone usually brings up a couple of options with voice commands, but the more you use it the more accurate it gets !
Good Luck

I've tried selecting "voice command tutorial" but it just seems to walk you through how to use voice dialling. The last steps says to try saying the name of a contact which I have done but the 3 guesses it comes up with are all incorrect.
As I say, I had no problems using this feature prior to doing the firmware or indeed on my 6500s.

i also have a problaim with my voice command that ive only just come across. ive had this phone for 3 months now and i use the voice comands sometimes and it works perfectly and just a threw days ago i held the call key and it came up saying voice commands error. so i thought it might fix itself if turn it off. but no, so i looked at the voice comands settings and put them back to there original state. that dident work so i done the voice commands tutorial and after geting to the point wher you have to say you command it said the saim thing, voice command error.
i would really apreaciate if someone could help me
