Sir im using nokia 5530 and usually it goes slow and some of its apps stop working like music player hangs but remain playing. it slows down while sending or receiving messages even when messages are in outbox. Its RAM remains 80mb full even when no application running only 40-45mb is available. Sometimes its headphones' player buttons stop working and start working after restart. Plz help me what should i do...

Well, I guess every 5530 runs slow. Mine also often "freezes", so I have to restart the phone. And applications such as the default browser and Ovi Store often close automatically. The available ram is the same as mine, I don't think you can do anything about that.

Soft reset first .

    *#7780#

That fails  then hard reset    *#7370#    this wipes all data  .

Couple that with a format of your memory card  wipes ll data so back up   removes all user problems .

 Next step would be a Nokia Care Centre .

Another thing...Its earpiece volume is very much low...I hve to use loudspeaker while attending a call...Are you having the same problem???

I used this solution. But after restoring the backup, some apps are absent and the problem is still there...

Did you updated to latest firmware?

DON'T RESTORE BACKUP AFTER RESET, (instead backup ur data MANUALLY)

So if a Soft & Hard reset doesn't seem to solve the problem, Visit Nokia Care Point and let them fix it for you.
