Nokia 5530 problems.

Hi,

I bought a new 5530 Xpress Music , the 22 December 2010 from  Nokia Authorised. After 1 month  one of its volume controlling keys were stuck. Then the battery was also not giving me sufficient back-up. Then on 2 May  2011 I took the phone to the Nokia Care, Kottayam  and told them these problems. Then they told me that my phone's software has to be updated. Then the next day they told me that the phone has  been  sent to the Company for repairing the volume controlling key. On May 17 they called and said the phone was ready but I would be getting a new battery only on the next day. But when I  got the phone the volume control keys were the same , still unrepaired. Then the next day, i.e on May 19  I went to the Nokia Care to report about the problem and to collect the new battery.  Then the man at the Nokia Care took my phone and told me to wait after waiting for almost 1hr. He said the phone was ready. And the volume keys were repaired. But after the service , my phone doesn’t give me that  effect , like before I gave it to Nokia. I have not updated my phone software myself. And now the wifi is also not working.

If they could repair it within 1 our why did they took my phone for 15 days ?

It has not been more than 6 months and my phone has already been on the Service Centre .

Can I get my phone replaced or get my money back ?

Thanks in Advance.

Jacob
