I upload the apps to a file hosting site (this is from my email provider) and then I download them on the phone (I don't have a cable in the offise, so I use wi-fi comming from somewhere
)
And there is another problem. When I try to copy or move to folder a file from the file manager, it just closes and I end looking at the home screen ![]()

For installation of files , first you are using an uploading service , check if the files are uploading correctly , if you don't have cable in the office , try Bluetooth or email yourself the applications on gmail and get them from there .
To Hard Reset your phone , go to the keypad , put in *#7370# and your phone will return to factory settings

I tried Hard Reset but it's all the same. I also copied apps on the memory card via card reader. The apps still don't install
Please consider the other problem too. The one with the copying and moving files.
Hope someone helps ![]()

What he meant was download the files again. Alternatively, try to get any app from ovi store and try to install it. If it installs, then the apps are in fault as to why they wont install.
For the copying problem, give me more details. what exactly are you trying to copy, to where, and somesuch.

I write this If someone is interested in the thread.
There was I virus in an AUTORUN file located in the memory card.
After formatting the card, everything was allright. Apps install fine, files copy fine and all other bugs that I had noticed (yes, there were more problems) disappeared.
Good luck ![]()

Yes.. have the memory card scanned for virus or reformat it if issue persists. You can also installed antivirus software that is compatible with your device. Some phone may slow a bit, but this will help.
