Hi,

I have a 5530 that is facing a problem when I try to update the Library. It´s simply delete all the music, videos and photos I have recorded in my memory card.

When I look the memory card through my computer, all files are there without any problem. I have format the memo card several times and when I transfer the files again is only possible to view the music files.

If I update the library again, everuthing disappears again.

I already have update the firmware to version 32.0.007.

I already have tried to delete the .dat files into the folders in memo card.

Anyone has any other suggestion to solve my problem?

if you have a spare memory card, try to insert that to your phone and try to refresh your library again, to isolate whether the issue has something to do with the memory card

if it's the same, try a hard reset..
