Go to Menu>Settings>Personalization>Profiles>Select the profile you are using>turn off touchscreen vibration and touchscreen tones.

Did you tried this, menu>settings>personal>profiles>general (or what ever)>personalise>touch screen vibration>set to 'off'

Current Phones: Nokia N9, iPhone 4
