Today I launched TuneWiki for the first time. Before that my phone memory was normal (not low). And after I registered at TuneWiki, the app scanned my music, and after that I got an error saying that: Disk space exhausted. Please cleanup the disk or re-install application on another drive. Well, the truth is, that I can't even uninstall it, because I get almost the same error. Tried to install the app again without uninstalling but the same happened.

I prefer not to contradict people , but I don't believe it is anything to do with a memory card, Tune wiki is a web based app. I have it installed on my N97 and it syncs your music collection to the site to provide lyrics to your songs on your phone and connect with youtube to show video's and to social sites to post 'Blips' about tracks. I would think that the C memory on your phone is running low. Assuming you do have a memory card, try clearing browser cache , and removing anything you can from the C drive and removing Tunewiki from phone memory C (if it's installed there) and reinstall on to E/F , you should be able to use it then. It can take quite a while to sync the app over the internet, I had to leave my phone connected to wifi overnight !
Good Luck

Check file manager and see if you have anything installed on C you can delete and re-install on E Mass Memory, also check you are saving messages to E and not C
messaging>options> settings> other> memory in use
A large number of messages stored on C will slow phone down !
