Hello. I have flashed my phone to Symbian belle, but i cannot seem to find the weather widget. I have the weather app on my phone, but ni widget. where can i download it? Or enable it?

The weather widget was just a concept that didn't make it to the final rollout.

... yes, but this app is **bleep** compared to The Weather Channel app whcih was sound under anna, but is not available under belle. . . .

I hope Belle's developers will provide it in a future update release.  That would be amazing!  =)
