My Partner is not getting the 3G symbol in the top left of main screen. She has a 3G sim card installed which is new. Is this a config prob.

Try 2 go to tools-settings-phone-network, on the network mode it should be dual or whichever mode of network you want. Hope this helps.

to get this signal you need to ensure the phone is setup to dual mode and also that the area you are in has a 3g signal.

On my phone when i go outta london the 3g signal dissappears and i get the regular signal.
