I am from India and my product code is 0549001. I tried the "Contact Us" route to get a response from Nokia regarding the single channel output problem of the N95 radio. (i.e. I am getting the radio output only thru the left channel of my headphone, no audio in the right channel).
The response from Nokia's mail server is pasted below. At last when I managed to reach them after several attempts, their response was "Please get the headset checked".
Thank God, they didn't suggest "Please get your other ear checked". I couldn't find any way of reporting this bug to Nokia in a way that would sent the problem report directly to the Nokia Dev/QA team.
The N95 is supposed to be a higher end model. Certainly users can expect a less buggy product and a little more enlightened responses from customer care.
I guess discussion/review forums are the only ways left to get Nokia's attention.
