@olivemede 1.
Press Menu > Settings > Application settings > Camera > Image then set "Save location info" to NO. Do the same for Videos too if needs be.
That will stop the phone from connecting to the net when you launch your camera.
Hope that helps.

I had the same problem. I think the simplest solution that maintains the camera's ability to store location information, but stops the annoying constant requests for (or automatic establishment of) a connection, is:
Menu > Settings > Application settings > Positioning > Positioning methods > De-select "Assisted GPS" (thereby stopping the phone from trying to use network transmitters' signals to assist the inbuilt GPS in establishing the phone's position"
Menu > Settings > Application settings >Camera > Image > Save location info = Yes
Menu > Settings > Application settings >Camera > Video > Save location info = Yes
Hope this helps.

It is a nice feature that the phone tags the photos with the location information. To have the fastest and accurate location in use I keep using Assisted GPS.
The question may come up especially if you have changed your SIM-card from one operator to another and the previous operator's settings are still there in the phone.
You can check the following setting option, from the main screen
Press the Menu-key (the separate key on lower left) and then select
Settings
Application settings
Positioning
Positioning server
Server settings
at this point you shuld see supl.nokia.com or possibly some other server, select it
Access point
Select the access point that your current operator uses for cellular connections
Now the phone, at least in my case, doesn't ask for the Network connection every time it uses location.
